We have a fully residential mooring with in perpetuity transferability status available for you to move onto in Hazlemere Marina, Waltham Abbey, Hertfordshire.

A newly developed marina on the River Lee is a 10-minute walk from Waltham Abbey town. Also on your doorstep is the picturesque Lee Valley Country Park offering with lots of walking, cycling and outdoor pursuit activities.

Each berth has direct access to potable water, electricity and pump-out. There is also allocated parking for one car, post box and bin storage.

The cost of owning this mooring

The cost to buy one mooring is £32,250.

This has in perpetuity transferability status so that you can re-sell the mooring when you wish to.

There is an annual service charge of £8,500 inc VAT payable to the marina. The fee includes services and facilities at the moorings such as utilities and waste disposal.

There is no stamp duty due on the berth and the only other cost will be that of engaging a solicitor to act on your behalf whilst you buy the berth. This should cost circa £1400.
