BERTH BROKERS

Triangle Berth Brokers is an independent brokerage that is owned and run by Nic and Marie Parton.

Nic has over thirty years of experience as a professional in the marine industry and boats have been a lifelong passion.

After a youth spent sailing dinghies on reservoirs in landlocked Sutton Coldfield and then taking seasonal jobs teaching sailing, it was only natural that following university Nic started a career in the marine industry.

His roles have included being a base manager for Sunsail UK, operations manager for Britannia Sailing. Regional operations manager for Sunsail in the British Virgin Islands, and general manager of Howth yacht club in Dublin. Nic and his family moved back to the UK for him to take the role of senior marina manager with MDL. Responsible for three high profile marinas on the Hamble River.

Marie has over thirty years of experience in marketing and sales and met Nic when they worked together at Sunsail in the BVI.

Living on the UK’s South Coast, Marie and Nic have two young children. They are both active volunteers in their local community and assist with their children’s Scout group.
