Hamble is steeped in history. It was the home of Spitfire, Lancaster and Wellington aircraft. Fairey Aviation who built the Fairey Hamble Baby Floatplane in 1917, was based at Hamble Point Marina.
Hamble Point Marina is located at the mouth of Southampton Water. It is the closest mainland marina with access to the Solent. It is a popular marina for both racers and cruisers.
Hamble Point Marina has an on-site bar/restaurant and other amenities. Hamble village is a 20-minute walk from the marina and has many bars, restaurants and shops.
The marina can hold up to 230 boats up to 30m in length and has a working boatyard with a crane and a dry stack. It’s minutes from Port Hamble Marina which has a fuel berth.
